Qigong Tuina is Chinese Massage, part of the Traditional Chinese Medicine that has been practised for over 4000 years.

Qigong Tuina is an energy massage. It aims to rebalance the energy flow in the body by stimulating Acupoints and working along the Qi meridians.

Tense muscles are relaxed and any built up pressure is dispersed. The massage is gentle but the effect is deep, leaving you feeling both relaxed and energised.

The holistic approach of the treatment takes into account your own lifestyle. Advice on exercise and adaptation is given as appropriate.

Massage is carried out through loose clothing.
