How does Hypnotherapy work?

All the patterns of behaviour of an individual are stored and triggered in the subconscious mind. It is this area that the hypnotherapist can influence when the client is in a trance. Many habit patterns are triggered by some form of environmental condition or thought pattern this can be modified by the hypnotherapist.

When I hypnotise you, you will always be in control, this will become clear during the first session.

• Anyone can be hypnotised provided they are happy to have this happen
• A client is always in control even in the deepest trance
• A hypnotherapist cannot make you do or say anything you don't want to do
